Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding on 30th December, 1986, in Hereford, England) is a English singer-songwriter. She gained the attention of the world in the year 2010 by releasing her hit singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the top of the charts due to her infectious electronic pop sound. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her ability to compose catchy, but emotionally sincere songs puts her at the forefront for popular music of the present along with arty and independent pop.
