Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is best known as the anchor of the CNN morning program At This Hour. She was also co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning coverage of the 2012 presidential election and in 2016. She also spent time at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was member of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress activities, including talks to increase the loan limit for federal government as well as the Super Committee's deliberations. As an assignment reporter for general assignments she's covered events like those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 as well as the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. The company hired her CNN Newsource as a National Correspondent in 2007. As a correspondent for the national network, she was responsible for breaking news coverage and feature news for more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates.
