Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. Her catalog includes more than 20 albums. The music of DiFranco is classified as folk and alternative rock, but it also has hints of hip-hop and jazz. The widely regarded feminist icon Grammy recipient Ani DiFranco is considered to be the father of the DIY movement being one of the first artists to create her own label 1990.
